1. Platforms and additional terms

LAK Games titles may be distributed through third-party portals, stores and social or gaming platforms. The platform’s own terms, privacy policy, payment rules, age requirements and community rules also apply. The platform’s terms control its accounts, payments, advertising systems, leaderboards and other platform-operated features.

If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer law or a platform rule that must apply to a platform-operated feature, the mandatory law or relevant platform rule takes priority for that feature.

2. Age and parental permission

You must meet the minimum age required by the platform and the law where you live. If you are under the age at which you can enter into a binding agreement or make purchases on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and authorise your use of the game and any purchase.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors and for configuring device, platform, advertising and purchase controls.

3. Permission to play

I grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and play a LAK Games title for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform where it is available.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the game, artwork, code, characters, music, branding or any other content.

4. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs or use unauthorised software to gain an unfair advantage;
• interfere with the game, servers, advertising, purchases, security or another player’s experience;
• attempt to bypass access restrictions, remove notices, or access source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit the game or its content without written permission;
• make fraudulent purchases, refund claims, advertising interactions or reward claims;
• use the game or website for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity; or
• misrepresent yourself as LAK Games or as an authorised representative.

I may restrict access, reset unfair results or report abuse to the relevant platform when reasonably necessary to protect the game, players or third parties.

5. Advertising

Some games are free to play because they display advertising. Ads may be supplied and selected by the distribution platform or its advertising partners. Depending on your region, age and consent settings, advertising may be contextual or personalised.

A game may offer an optional reward for watching an ad. A reward is granted only after the platform confirms that the required ad interaction was completed. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and technical or network issues may prevent an ad or reward from being delivered.

6. Optional in-game purchases

A game may offer optional digital content, virtual currency, boosters, cosmetic items, extra moves or other in-game benefits (“Digital Items”). Prices and availability are shown before purchase. You are responsible for checking the item, price and account before confirming a transaction.

Purchases are processed by the platform or its payment provider, not directly by me. I do not receive or store your full payment-card details. The platform’s billing, authentication, currency conversion, tax, cancellation and refund rules apply.

Digital Items are licensed for use inside the relevant game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the functionality officially provided by the game or platform. Unless the platform supports restoration or cross-device synchronisation, Digital Items and progress may be limited to the device, browser, account or platform used for the purchase.

I may rebalance, rename or update Digital Items as the game evolves, provided that mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If a purchase is missing, first use the platform’s purchase history, restore or support tools. You can also contact mail@lak.games with the game name, platform and non-sensitive transaction reference. Do not send full card details.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the platform or payment provider that processed the purchase and are subject to its rules and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, cancellation or other remedy that the law in your country requires.

8. Game progress and platform features

Progress, rankings, achievements and purchases may be stored locally in your browser or device, or by the platform. Clearing storage, changing a device or browser, signing out, platform outages, game updates or ending platform support may affect saved progress. Back up or synchronise progress through the platform where that option is available.

I do not operate a universal LAK Games player account. Any account, social feature, leaderboard or cloud save supplied by a platform is governed by that platform.

9. Updates, availability and changes to games

Games may be updated to add content, adjust balance, fix errors, improve security, comply with platform requirements or change monetisation. I may suspend or discontinue a game or feature when continued operation is no longer practical. Availability may vary by platform, country, device and browser.

I will take reasonable care with paid content and mandatory consumer rights. However, I cannot promise that every game, ad, online feature or platform integration will always be available, uninterrupted or compatible with every future device or browser.

10. Third-party services and links

Games and this website may contain third-party links, advertisements, videos, software or platform services. I do not control third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Intellectual property

LAK Games titles and their original code, gameplay presentation, artwork, characters, text, audio, logos and other content are owned by me or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Platform names, logos and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

You may share ordinary gameplay screenshots or videos for personal commentary, reviews and streaming, provided that you do not claim ownership, mislead viewers about an endorsement, disclose confidential material, or use the content in an unlawful or harmful way.

12. Feedback and support messages

You may send bug reports, ideas and other feedback voluntarily. You keep ownership of your original message, but you allow me to use non-confidential ideas and feedback without payment or restriction to improve and promote the games. Do not send material that you do not have permission to share.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the games and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. I do not make promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or that progress or results will never be lost. This disclaimer does not exclude warranties or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded for consumers.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use a game, third-party platform, advertisement or external service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using a game at any time. I may suspend or restrict access when you materially breach these Terms, threaten security, commit fraud, infringe rights, or when a platform requires it. Provisions concerning purchases, ownership, disclaimers, liability and disputes continue where their nature requires it.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or the right to use courts that are available to you under the law of your country.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

17. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms when games, platforms, laws or business practices change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change is material, I will provide additional notice in the game or on the website when reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
